| Well in my situation it takes my body a while to get used to not having the carbs that it usually has. So on a CKD I am ok after a few days without carbs, and by day 7 the refeed doesnt really effect me because of the massive glycogen surge. Now if i was to suddenly go from my regular diet, to no carbs, low carb, high carb, my body just wont adjust quickly enough, and I will end up being moody and possibly violent. Its just how I am, and after long period of that, I would end up depressed, and eventually single hahaha. I just know my body, and I know that its not good for me mentally. As for fat loss, I have no doubt in my mind that it works just fine, but the detriment is too much for me. |

Gender: | "Moody and possibly violent" - LMAO!! That's like my wife - take away her carbs and watch out!! ;) But it's a good point - some diets work well for some and not for others. Thanks for the feedback. |

| Its funny, its not just carbs man. If I go too long without eating it gets bad. My girlfriend has to keep protien bars with her when we go shopping, cause I will just lose it. Its hereditary(sp?) cause my mom is the same way, I'm freakin bipolar when I dont eat, or when my diet changes drasticly. |
