Default Estimated Weight Loss.

Whats up, i am 19 years old 5 foot 10' and in four months I went from 250 lbs. to 215 lbs. using a low calorie diet (1800-2200 calories a day) and moderate exercise 3x a week.

I'm looking to rev it up by doing two a day cardio sessions 5x a week along with a low calorie diet, and was just curious how much weight loss i would be looking at with in a month assuming i stick with that schedule.

my goal weight is 190-195

2 pounds a week is good. you may have to adjust your calories sometime...go back up to maintenance for a few weeks and then back down.

I was able to get about two pounds a week with out two a days. I was thinking two a days 5x a week would take me down alot more then 2lbs a week, just not sure how much.

Your not lifting right now ? Just cardio with low cals ? Why not be ahead of the game and start to lift now ? Muscle burns fat .

That's because your muscles need food. Just because you eat doesn't meen your going to gain weight(fat). It all depends on what you put into your body.

nothing wrong with being 215 if your strong and mildly lean (under 20%bf) just start lifting hard and drop your cardio to 3 20 minute jogs a week. also eat about 250 grams of protein a day.
