| Whats up, i am 19 years old 5 foot 10' and in four months I went from 250 lbs. to 215 lbs. using a low calorie diet (1800-2200 calories a day) and moderate exercise 3x a week. I'm looking to rev it up by doing two a day cardio sessions 5x a week along with a low calorie diet, and was just curious how much weight loss i would be looking at with in a month assuming i stick with that schedule. my goal weight is 190-195 |

Gender: | nothing wrong with being 215 if your strong and mildly lean (under 20%bf) just start lifting hard and drop your cardio to 3 20 minute jogs a week. also eat about 250 grams of protein a day. |
