Default fat loss

hi guys , my name is sam 27 years old , excuse me about my english is week...

all my life i was skinny and i couldn't gain weight then the past year i started to eat 4 and 5 times a day and i gain at leat 20 kg i am not anymore skinny i am good now but now i have a fat on my stomach how could i remove that?
all the other part (legs....face ..)are fine (not fat)but only a small fat on my stomach, i work 15 hours a day i don't have time for gym but i have a static bicycle in my home ? is bicycle exercise good to remove the fat from my stomack ? if no what shall be the solution

proper diet and cardio will help.

could you explain please what cardio ...does bicycle is in the categorie of cardio?...i am a newbie

yes the bike is in the cardio cat....So is walking,jogging,skipping,cross trainer,skiing, even weight training...anything that is going to get your heart rate pumping.
