Default Fat loss and being over seas

Well some guys were saying that there was a few guys on here in the military. (what did you guys do)

Right now going on mission and being gone for a few days in a row. Its hard to eat right, it has to be small (only got a small OP bag) and has to be something fast to eat.(sugar foods) I can't think of things to eat right and that taste good. When we are at the FOB I can eat pretty good. I just can't get below 22% body fat. I want to stay aorund 250 or 260 in weight. With around 8-12% body fat. What do you guys think I can do?

I was looking around on the forum and really haven't found anything.

USMC infantry.. Couldn't imagine doing another MOS!!

I would say that it's very difficult to focus on any kind of weightloss while being over there because you cannot afford to be picky with the very limited food selection. When I was over there (2003 when it started), we only had MRE's to eat.

Just focus on doing some PT in your spare time (pushups/pullups/ect) when you get relieved from your post and concentrate on COMING HOME!!

Trust me, when you get home, it won't take long to get the bodyfat down when you have more flexability in your diet and supplements at your fingertips.

I'm going to go with 0311 on this one, I would concentrate on making it home. IMO there should be no reason to be putting your body through the extra stress of dieting, training correctly ON TOP of being in combat. Unless of course you MUST diet down for some odd reason.
