| I just had a question about cardio I work 8hours a day 5 days a week at walmart on maintaince just wondering if I could use that for cardio. I read some where Too runn in the mourning before eating but if I done that I would come home and go to work.. Should I Lift weight in the mourning after work so I would not hurt if I went home and went to sleep ( still drink some protein afterwards. then a hour before work do cardio? |

Although it is more beneficial than sitting around all day. And by working out 5 days a week, are they all weightlifting days or purely cardio or what? |
