Default Fatloss Dieting

Ive been asking a lot about my body but what i really need to know is what types of food or what type of eating program/s would you suggest and or what do you currently do for dieting.

bench: 225 lbs
squat: 225 lbs
height: 5'11"
weight: 255 lbs
body fat%: No clue
