| Hello all, I've just signed up here and i'm looking for people's help. I'm 18 years old,5'6,186 pounds. Over the summer i've bulked up from 150 pounds, but now im trying to lose some bodyfat and having a rather difficult time. My workouts have been in a 3 day split- Mon/Wed/Fri, and i train jujitsu on tuesdays and thursdays. Monday- Bench 5x5 Incline 5x5 Decline 5x5 Pushups 5x10 Arnolds 5x5 Rows 5x5 lat pulldowns 5x5 shrugs 5x5 side raises 5x5 Wednesday- Db curls Hammer curls Inside grip preacher curls outside grip preacher curls Tricep pushdowns Overhead extension Skullcrushers single arm reverse pulldowns Friday- Squats 5x5 Leg curls 5x5 leg extension 5x5 toe raises 5x5 leg press 5x5 Typical food for a day- 7:30 - bowl of cereal 10 - apple 12 - tuna on wheat 3 - peanut butter crackers 6 - baked chicken breast with veggies 8 - apple or fruit It was easy to gain weight fat/muscle, now its hard for me to burn the fat off. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks |
