Exclamation Help

I am a 33 year old male and i weigh 212. Iwant to get down to 185.Can somebody tell me the best way to go about this as far as diet and workout routine. I would like to build my arms and chest back up. Does any of the supplements really work well? Will muscle milk help any? My height is 5'7 and my main goal is to lose weight i would love to gain more muscle but i work extremely long hours so i don't have any time to have a steady workout routine. I am new to all of this so forgive me if i don't give yall the right or enough information.THANK YOU.

And for future posts, you may want to give us some kind of stats besides just age and weight. The more info we have the more we can help.

Height would be helpful to get a mental shape of how you look. Is your main goal losing the weight or losing the weight gradually while building muscle?
If its just losing weight read up on the nutrition forum and keep a clean diet and cardio could easily accomplish that.

If its the building muscle one go to the nutrition forum also to keep a good diet. Muscle milk I don't think is what you need if you would like to take something whey protien is your best choice. From looking at muscle milks supplement facts. Its a serving size is close to three times that of Whey in terms of calories, Fat content as well as carbohydrate content is higher also for relatively the same amount of protien.

Now for the workout part: Cardio would be an obvious choice, but for the weights. You don't want to just do Curls and Bench. If you grow like that you'll soon look oddly disporportional. If you knew to weights or even if you had worked out earlier in life and had a 10 year hiatus compound movements would take care of you for awhile. As time progresses you could tweak your program throw in DB curls and what not.

The big compound movements you would like to familiarize with are:
Squat (A2G)
Bench
Pull-ups
Deadlifts

This should give you a start and Good Luck!
