Gender: | You could do that but I would say it's best to do it as part of a mixture or circuit of exercises done HIIT style. I don't like jumping jacks but you could mix shadow boxing or whatever with jacks, burpees, and other calisthenics. Things to get your whole body involved where you did each thing hard for a certain amount of time such as twenty seconds with cool down low intensity periods. |
