Default My NEW diet plan and work out plan!

So im currently adjusting to this new diet my trainer put me on. Im 6'1-6'2 and I weigh like 215lbs. basically im trying to cut and tone. im a college student so im in class most of the day. I would typically eat oatmeal or egg whites for breakfast. then take a multivitamin.

after like 1 class for lunch I would have either chicken salad, with lite dressing and no cheese or a tuna salad wrap.

2 hours later i would have maybe a salad.

then workout

then protein shake

two hours later i would make dinner which is like chicken or fish and veggies.

i dont eat bread and no carbs after 6. is this a good diet?

You're trying to lose fat right? That doesn't look like very many calories. Have you totaled it all up?

That really doesn't look like enough food for a 215 lb. person - your stats are roughly the same as mine were not-so-long ago and I eat way more than that. Your body needs enough food, otherwise it won't let you lose fat. Also, what does your workout schedule look like?

What the two previous posters said. I don't think you are eating enough. You can lose fat starving yourself...

How about a little noise? How do you expect a man to putt?

Eric was kind enough to remove my little affiliate link. Don't know how that got there.
