I was over at GNC the other day and I saw something along the lines of CLA (conjugated Linoleic Acid). Has anyone used it as seen results? They called it the body shaper. Supposedly, it blocks some fat from getting into the system as a result using your own reserves. That's just the claim that the sales person said. Any ideas? Any disputes?
