Gender: | My resting heart rate is 58. I'm 23 years old. What should my target heart rate be for fatloss? Sometimes when I'm doing HIIT I get it as high as 190! Is that not good? Doest it really matter? Just thought you guys could fill me in. This is my first post, so I apologize if I've been a real asshat. |
