Yup it's an electronic one. It's actually my fiance's weight watchers scale.

I almost forgot, milk with the whey. Is it really that bad? The way tastes like ass in water, and is better with milk. Is it a myth or truth that milk makes the skin thicker? I think I can get my abs to pop and still use fat free milk with the way
