Default Time of day for cardio

Now that Im back in school (Senior in high school) Im not longer able to run in the mornings. Now Im wondering if doing cardio at a different time in the day would really be worth it.

Im sure it has some benefits, but I also play hockey About 4 times a week. This is my routine, weights and cardio.

Sunday
60 Practice, mostly full speed

Monday
Incline Bench
Flat Bench
Incline Bench Machine
Chest Fly Machines
Chest Flys
(the last 3 vary, I sometimes wont do all them)
Some little ab work
Curls

Tuesday
Work (I host at a resturaunt so Im kind of always moving)

Wednesday
Squats
Leg Press
Leg Extension
Calves
Ab work

Hour Practice (again mostly full speed)

Thursday
Work (same of Tuesday)

Friday
Combination of both upper and lower body exercises

Hour and half game (Full speed)

Saturday

Hour and half game (Full speed)

All weight lifting is done 5x5 with some slightly modified versions of it sometimes thrown in. Im not really on a certain system.

So pretty much the question is some treadmill HIIT worth it. I most likely will be able to run on days I work. I do 10 minutes on the bike at the gym sometimes as well.

Im at that point where the last bit of fat just wont come off no matter what I do.

Some stats 5'7'' 195lbs 17 years old.

I think if your going all out in your practices/games you most likely don't need it as you seem pretty active. HIIT of course isn't going to hurt but you need some time to recover and your schedule seems fairly full already.

If you still want to burn a few extra calories maybe some light treadmill work before/after your workouts would help out. That way your not overtraining from it and its just a little extra time in the gym anyhow.

I would think if you "listen" to your body to figure out whether or not doing cardio at that particular time is good...
