| fasted am cardio is probrably the best thing you can do, especially if its Hiit. But its not like having something in your stomach is going to magically keep you from burning fat. Regardless of what is in your gut (within reason of course) your still doing cardio, your still getting your heart rate up, and your still increasing the rate at which your body needs to use calories. While there are a lot of factors to fat loss, i wouldnt get hung up on all the small stuff. Keep it simple, if you can go for fasted cardio, if not dont worry about it. IMO |

Gender: | When I do cardio (which is not that often) I prefer to do an AM fasted. My reasoning is that is the time my metabolism can use a kick in the ass and burn more calories over a longer period. Also, afterwards I can eat a good meal with no guilt ( like that happens!!) |

| i been basically going with the routine of waking up taking a shower etc then go for a cardio thing outside then wait like 30 or so min before eating breakfast. Im not sure if thats right but thats what i do so anyone feel free to correct me if its wrong! thanks |
