| Hey guys Ive been dieitng for 12 weeks, and Im going to go with UD2.0 to finsih my cut off. Right now im 173 12% bf going for 8%. Just need help on how to oragnize this correctly. I was thinking of doing this set up Monday: Depletion + Optional Cardio Tuesday: Depletion +Optional Cardio Wed: Cardio Thursday: Cardio Friday: Tension AM begin carb load Saturday: POwer Workout AM finish carb load Sunday: Diet variable Dunno if this would be best, Any recommendation on what worked great for you guys? Also what foods do you eat on refeeds? Mostly high GI im assuming. |
