Default UD2.0 Questions

Hey guys

Ive been dieitng for 12 weeks, and Im going to go with UD2.0 to finsih my cut off. Right now im 173 12% bf going for 8%.

Just need help on how to oragnize this correctly. I was thinking of doing this set up
Monday: Depletion + Optional Cardio
Tuesday: Depletion +Optional Cardio
Wed: Cardio
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Tension AM begin carb load
Saturday: POwer Workout AM finish carb load
Sunday: Diet variable

Dunno if this would be best, Any recommendation on what worked great for you guys?

Also what foods do you eat on refeeds? Mostly high GI im assuming.

That would give you less than 24 hours to carb load fully. But, you're only 173 pounds, so it could work provided you are able to EAT! I personally would rather start the carb load asap for the anabolic rebound. Staying depleted for over 4 days has GOT to suck!

Is there any reason why you want the tension workout on Friday instead of Thursday?

"Many coaches and athletes don't believe in the benefits of GPP at all. Who are the worst offenders? Bodybuilders and powerlifters are by far the worst!. They feel that all they have to do is train the main lifts to get strong. This is why so many of them are out of shape." - Dave Tate

Not really, I just felt that if we moved it to friday then thursday can just be a whole day of extra fat burning. That was my reasoning behind it. But I want to do whats best here, so what has worked bestr?
