| They say that cold water requires your body to warm it up so you burn a little bit more energy and with warm water i was always told in the Marines that warm water hydrates you faster... not sure why but probably cause you body doesnt have to warm it up! |

Gender: | Cold water does need to heated up by the body but as far as any impact on fat loss its pretty insignificant as far as the extra calorie expenditure. |
