Gender: | There are alot of supplements out there that will HELP you with your fat loss goal. There is NO ONE specific supplement that will do it for you. You need to have your cardio , weights, and diet in check . If your not willing to do that then your just wasting your money. |

Gender: | Diet is of paramount importance. Green leavy veggies cannot be underrated too. Start with those. If diet is up to par, then something like E/C stack would be the most bang for your buck as far as over-the-counter supps is concerned. |

Gender: | Clen works very well if you can handle the side effects, especially at higher doses. I'm not sure that this poster was originally looking for "research chemicals" though which is why he got alot of EC stack suggestions. |
