| Ok well I am graduating from college in august and havent seen my parents since january, and would like to look a little bit better for them and for myself when graduation hit. I have about 6 weeks and started making many positive changes. Wake up usually about 9:30 am and throw on my shoes and go walk for about 12 - 15 minutes. Breakfast: Come back eat either a bowl of oatmeal or a double serving of egg whites. (sometimes have cereal but have given it up) Lunch: Eat a sadwich, usually deli chicken on a slice of whole weat, sometimes in a lettuce wrap. Snack#1: Fresh Fruit bowl, apples, or some kind of fruit Snack 2: Protein Shake immidiately after workout followed by another bowl of egg whites or oatmeal. Dinner: Heavy protein Usually a boneless skinless chicken breast, sometimes with sweet potatoes or brown rice, sometimes by itself. If i still feel hungry after dinner I try to make a healthy choice it varies. I am in school and my schedule varies but I try to eat 4 - 6 times a day. As far as the gym goes I am on a 4 day split with weights, and I do cardio everyday. On days where I am lifting its usually a 15 - 20 minute cardio warmup. When I am not lifting it is usually a one 30 - 45 minutes session or if i have time I will do two seperate 30 minute sessions. I would love any and all feedback...if this is a solid plan...anything i should add? anything i should take away? Any other suggestions? |

Gender: | snack 1 needs protein in it and make breakfast oatmeal AND eggs. didn't see any healthy fats in there....olive oil, nuts, fish oil, avocado's...they have many benefits. protein and healthy fats before bed is a good choice. might as well line out your weight routine too. |
