Fastest diet & exercise routine to drop body fat in ONE MONTH!!
Usually I weigh about 128 pounds, the last three weeks I have put on about 7-8 pounds. A friend of mine invited me to Vegas for her birthday and I am desperate to lose the extra fat and get as toned as possible before the trip. I have exactly ONE MONTH and have been hitting the gym 5-6 times a week and trying to cut out 99% of all carbs. I am just wanting to know what will give me the best results the fastest. Losing 2+ pounds a week is what I need at this point. Any advice to drop body fat FAST is greatly appreciated! Thanks
-Dont over do it.
-Make sure your getting enough calories.
-Cutting carbs will help , but you should still take in some . Even if it's only once a day every 5-6 days or after your workouts.
-Drink lots of water.

I'd read many articles, related fat control and weight lose withing a month or short time.. But found there is actually no way to cut down fat immediately with short time, It can be, but with different side effects.
