Looking for an article/study...

This is just a pure stab in the dark here, but maybe you guys can help me out.

I've been searching around for an article/study/something in regards to hormonal fluctuations in women based on the menstrual cycle. Charts and graphs and junk are a plus. And I'm wanting it to have info on estrogen, progesterone, AND testosterone levels. Hence, where charting would come in handy. Finding some with just estrogen and progesterone aren't too hard (although if you've got a link to that, I'd take that too). But I'd like to see adding in the factors of the rise and fall of test levels throughout the cycle also.

And to make it even harder, if it relates to training performance (especially as a study), even better.

:D

I don't know if this will be helpfull but I seem to recall reading something about that. It said that individual women tend to be different in this regard and that you have to establish your own data by logging performance, mood, etc. at different times of a cycle. I don't know if that's definitive of course it's just something that rung a bell.

It's somewhere on here...I'll post it when I find it.

Performance wise, it's definitely and individual thing. That's why I'd like to see an actual study in regards to that. Everything I've found has been centered around ONE chick. I'd like to know more of a broad range of averages in that respect.

The graphing of fluctuations in different hormonal levels is what I'd like to use to compare to a study like that and to use for my own performance charting.

Thanks for checking around :D

Just did a quick search... looks like some good articles so far. :D

Yeah, this is one of the main kind of things she writes about.

The thing I was thinking of is in this thread and if you do an article search on her you'll probably find a bunch more.

Awesome. Thanks a bunch, Eric.
