Default Loosing Fats in Stomach - What I Should Do???

Hi everyone! I am new here and I am really thankful I found this site! I want to share the problem I have here and hope you can help me.

I really have this problem of loosing my fats in my stomach. I am not fat since I have learned to take care of my body some years ago. But I really find problem in loosing fats in my stomach. It seems that no matter what exercise I'll have or how hard I'll keep my eyes with the foods I have, it does not work. What else can you recommend me guys to get rid of this problem?? Any suggestions will do. Thanks a lot!!

Hello,
Welcome to the forum.
Sorry for late response. But have you consult any physician regarding that and what exercises you do??

No need to consult to any physician...
I have the same issue.. According to me, this is natural effect due to overeating.. Or somehow we can say, it is due to stomach swelling.. Which can be produces due to depression..
