woman needs to gain muscle and weight I am asking for my girlfriend we are going to the gym and trying everything we can to get our goals accomplished. She is 5 6 and weights 102lbs she wants to gain muscle all over and gain mass I was thinking maybe getting her on protein shakes? Is this a good idea I know for me it worked but Im not sure how woman would react different chemistry. If you have any tips let me know thank you. |
Protein Shakes, Creatine Monohydrate, Amino 2200, BCAA - or branched chain amino acids. Look especially for the amino L-Lucine. |

I would recommend soy protein shakes for her. They are better for women. Other than that, it's basically the same process for a female as a male. |
Yeh that seems right soy does contain estrogen in it and with her working out her test level might increase so it might even it out. Thanks |
The most important thing is to make sure she's on a good overall diet and exercise program. A protein shake is OK if she can't get enough through diet, but it won't make or break her gains. |
A raised test level is what will get her to gain muscle btw. That and diet and exercise of course. IW |
Diet and exercise both are very necessary for gaining muscles. You can also use Protein supplement. |
