Gender: | It should be very light. She shouldn't smell it untile she's a foot or so away, and then only faintly. Also the spray shouldn't really be concentrated anywhere you might reasonbly be kissed or licked. The stuff tatstes god awful, and I don't think you want to turn off a woman licking at your ears or neck now do you. |

Gender: | my philosophy is that no one should really get a whiff of your cologne unless they're coming in pretty close. when i'm getting ready, i put on some deodorant and then spray my cologne one time in front of me and walk through it. that way, people around you won't want to pass out but at the end of the night when she's leaning in for that kiss, she'll be able to smell it. it's all about subtlety. people overdo it too much on cologne |

Guys, we don't want to smell you from across the room. Cologne is a good thing, but we don't want our nose hairs fried off from the intensity of it. Generally, one light spray with the bottle held about 2 feet from your chest is enough to do the trick. Or spray two sprays in the air in front of you and walk through it. If you're using an open top bottle (no sprayer), then dab a drop on your fingertip, and swipe it across your collar bones (not the neck). If you want, use one more drop rubbed between your inner forearms (not the wrist). And for the one guy that said he couldn't smell his anymore and had to put more on... DON'T!! Here's the trick to scents, guys.. No matter what you use, it will always smell differently on different people. It mixes with your natural body chemistry to give a unique scent. If a few minutes after you put your cologne on, YOU can't smell it, then it's the right scent to mix with your personal chemistry. If you CAN smell it throughout the evening, then it's not a 'match' to your skin/natural smell, and/or you have WAY too much on. This had been a public service announcement from your resident BBnet chick ![]() Oh.. and as Eric said, when you reach the level of dating women (not girls), we DO enjoy that natural manly smell too. Fresh from the gym is usually a good scent. As long as you at least put on some deoderant beforehand ![]() | |

Gender: | this is a necessity for any date you're about to go on, because you definitely don't want to smell too much. 3 sprays - one to the wrist, wipe on your neck one to the chest one in your hands, slap it on your thighs. you never know how far that date might take you! |

| Rank: Bantamweight | i usually wear scented oils. the oils i wear are strong but light scented. so if i spill a little extra in my hand it aint bad. but i pous a little in my hand rub in my hands and depending on the color of my clothes i rub it on them. i only do it to dark colors. and whatever is left i rub into my goatee. i think the trick is to just get something that works for you and stick to it. i have 2 basic oils that i have and i stick to it. dont really bang with cologne to much because even one ospray seems to much and the ones that do smell good dont last long enough. |
