Rubs can be real good to use on your problem joints before you work out. Really the number one use for me. Lot's of people use blue heat and stuff like that (made for horses ) as a pre-workout treatment. Really does help get the blood flowing to the area and warm it up.

ive used Veet to remove certain down south hair and it works pretty damn good
