Default Att. Mods

I have been wanting to do a "Start-up" thread for all the new guys out there. I was a bit overwhelmed when I first joined, and I have had an interest in bodybuilding for about 6 years. Before I look up information, and compile anything, I wanted to see if that would be OK, or if it would get deleted.

Thanks in advance

No. More like a summarized version, without the confusing (to newbs) terminology.

The problem is that most beginners probably wouldn't read it. If anything needs further detail, they are encouraged to post questions regarding items like the stickies.

That said, it's an open internet forum. If you want to post a thread breaking everything down shotgun style, then more power to you.

Darkhorse's Sig:My Training Philosophy

how big would you be if ALL you did was:

Squat 400 x 20
Deadlift 500 x 5
Bench 315 x 5, or dip with 100 lbs added.
Chin with 75 lbs strapped to your waist x 5
Miltary Press 225 x 8

Pretty ****ing big is my guess. Without any "rear delt work".

Yeah, lol, we're not fascists

Post what you want as long as it's constructive and in the spirit of helping.

EricT's Sig:I'm tired of the myth that bb'rs aren't flexible. As a group, they are extremely flexible. They have an amazing ability to bend over, place their heads between their legs, and blow smoke up their own asses.
