Smile back to training

Hi all been away a very long time, started training 14 months ago and ten months ago had to stop due to shoulder impingement. So ten months and a lot of physio at the local hospital (still not finished yet)I can start training again. In the 4 months that I was training I made steady progress Losing 2inch off my waist but also gained 16 lbs of lean tissue, now starting from scratch again with new enthusiasm. I will have to start slowly but hope hope to make progress over the coming months, still a little wary of injuring my shoulder again and putting recovery back months. Looking forward to reading posts and learning from this great site

Welcome to the board

I can feel your pain on the shoulder impingement, I spent 6 weeks rehabing mine a few months ago. The trick is to continue doing the rehab exercises and warming up the area extensively before any major lifts. Listen to your body and you should make a great comeback.
