| Rank: New Member Experience: > 1 Year | Hello, I'm new here and new in general. I've worked out before but nothing very serious. I got married and really started putting on the weight. I guess beer and pizza every weekend without exercise catches up with ya. I'm scared to see how my corornary arteries look... I have a healthcare background and am currently a student. I know I need to exercise and change my ways, so I am here in search of advise and more importantly motivation. So far, there seems a lot for me to read. I perused the members pictures and some of you guys have really put in a lot of dedication, and that is inspiring to me. Keep up the great work; I look forward to posting my success story in the future... |
