Default Fat Newbie

Hello,

I'm new here and new in general. I've worked out before but nothing very serious. I got married and really started putting on the weight. I guess beer and pizza every weekend without exercise catches up with ya. I'm scared to see how my corornary arteries look...

I have a healthcare background and am currently a student. I know I need to exercise and change my ways, so I am here in search of advise and more importantly motivation.

So far, there seems a lot for me to read. I perused the members pictures and some of you guys have really put in a lot of dedication, and that is inspiring to me. Keep up the great work; I look forward to posting my success story in the future...

Welcome svespie. Make sure to read the "how to Cut" sticky in the fat loss forum, if you are interested in ways to put together a diet. Stick around and ask questions, and good luck with your goals.
