Default Getting my life together

Hey everyone,
I'm Jon. I have just started heavy weight training and wanted to find a forum to start getting advice. I have already beaten alcohol and drug abuse and now its time to get my health and body rockin the way it should be. I'm not afrad of pain or hard work so i'm definitely ready to do this hardcore!!! I will post my starter picture and workout later tonight. Its good to meet everyone!

Great to hear you're clean and sober! Don't worry about training. It certainly doesn't have to be painful or hardcore in order to be effective.

Right on man, glad to hear that you have given up the D&A . I know how hard that can be.
Something else to think about with your training is your diet , get that into check and everything else will follow.
