Default Gibbster in the house!

Just wanted to introduce myself.
Been lifting for 15 years, had my fair share of injuries, tried almost every type of program and two of every diet.
Currently:
5'6, 225 lbs, 18% bf

Some of you know me already, decided to pop in on a referral from Trillian.

Anyway.....looks like an excellent forum and I look forward to some productive conversations.
