Hi from South Africa..
Hi all I'm new to bodybuilding I guess. Been lifting, mostly waisting my time for let's say 5years. I recently decided to get serious. I'm currently on the OVT program. I'm what you would call a noob and don't really know anything yet. I'm seeing great results in streng but my body fat % also keeps growing.. Currently I weight 81.4 kg, bench 90kg, deadlift 65kg, front squat 35kg.. Think I'm at 15% body fat. Using USN Hyperbolic Mass supplement. Any advice or tips welcome..
