Happy to be on board!

I've been a gym rat my whole life (38 yrs old) but I think its time to take this gig seriously. I have college football, semipro football, boxing and MMA on my resume. But I think I'm ready to focus on the constant that has always been there waiting for me, ....the freakin weight room! I am hoping to meet like minded friends that I can learn from and with.
