Hiya guys, just joined up, I'm after some advice about my training program, and about this protein everyone has persuaded me to buy! haha.
I'm trying to put on some weight and muscle as I'm applying for the military, and I'm not happy with my weight.
My name's Jim, I'm 21 (almost 22) and from the UK.
I'm 5 foot 7 inches, or 170cm, and I weigh 116lbs or 53kg.
I've got a big off tub of whey protein in my room, and I go to the gym either every day or every other day, but once I get myself sorted I'll find it easier to go the days I need to. Currently I start by rowing 1000m then cycling for 10 mins. Then I head over and do chest press with 2 12kg dumbbells, normally 2 sets of 10 and a set of 8 reps, then with similar weight sometimes going down to 10kg each and the same reps I'll do inclined chest press, single arm row, shoulder press, bicep curl, then do 30 pull ups, and as many inclined sit ups as I can do with a 9kg medicine ball held above my chest.
Buutt.. it's probably a terrible program, and I have no idea what to do with this whey, so I'm really looking for some advice here haha.
