 |  hello hey peeps, new kid here...I dont have alot to bring to the table as of yet im new to the building and eating right ect. My screen name is donavonszoo, and Ive only been training a short time, I really dont know what im suposed to write here(i guess i should have read a few posts before hand eh) ill list the basics..im from Canada, 26 years old, so far in the gym my legs suffer horribly(old football injury), and i seem to exell at my cable pulls(tri's, bi's ect) im not a big guy by any means but i do good pound for pound, or so ive been told. if anyone wants to contact me my msn address is donavonszoo@hotmail.com ill talk to ya soon |
