Smile hello

Personal trainer, nutrition consultant, writer, fitness consultant.

Goals are mainly body composition and coniditioning related but I would like to add 50 to 100 lb on my compound lifts without adding fat, eventually.

Current focus is getting into contest shape, and photoshoots.
