Default Hello !

Hello
My name is Eric and I'm new to this forum.
Background: 34 y.o., 6' 3" 270 lbs.
I've been leading a very sedentary life over the past few years and my body & health have paid the price. I recently started working out and have been lurking on this site for a couple weeks. I joined this site for a couple reasons, for motivation, information and comradare(sp?). I started the Body-for-life program but slipped the last 2 weeks, and I'm stating back tomorrow.

Welcome to the forum, great to have you aboard. As for motivation, quite cheating on your diet and get back in the gym.

Being consistant is the best advice you'll get in this forum. Good luck and don't hesitate to ask.
