Hi everybody, my name is Ryan. I've just started lifting again after being out of it for some time now. I've been horrible to my body as of late. Too much food, beer, soda, and laying around getting fat. Over the past year my body fat has shot up to 38.8%! :( I'm done with the easy living time to get back in shape. I have a six month goal to be able to once again have visable abs. Gonna be a lot of work but work I'm looking forward too. Only been back in the gym for 2 weeks now but already seeing results and am very motivated :).
Wish everybody luck with all their fitness goals. Always willing to help so if anyone ever has any questions feel free to ask....if you dont mind taking advice from a recovering fat guy lol.
