hello everyone
 

hey my names matt im new to this forum. ive been seriously lifting weight on and off for the last year before that i didnt have much experience in the topic so i dont consider it as real training more like fooling around in the gym with weight. my future goals are to develope a thin muscular body. i thought i knew alot until i read the some of the post here and ive come to the conclusion that i have alot to learn about the sport. you guys really know what your talkin about when it comes to body building.

Welcome, what does "Verbatimreturned" relate to or mean, just out of curioslity?

It probably means he is a copy cat, he repeats what we say verbatim :D

to be honest with u i have no idea lol as i was making this name i really didnt put much thought into it so i just looked around my room and i found the name verbatim on a cdr case...becuase its an exact duplicate and then i just threw returned after it pretty stupid right lol
