Default Hello from england

Hi, ive just started bodybuilding after getting quite fat in the last 3 years, im 5' 10" and 288lbs. Im looking for help on eating patterns and what types of food to eat and also training programs to help me achieve my goals, thanks for looking and all help would be appreciated, cheers graeme
