Hey

Hi,
as you have probably guessed my name is Killian, i am 16 and only recently been lifting weights. I started just as a stress relief and because i was not happy with my body (skinny guy here!). I have been looking at a lot of forums etc and never posted lol but learnt alot and come up with my own workout whihc i am in the proccess of changing from just a general Upper And Lower workouts (which i used to to build myself up a little bit before i started anything solid) into specific areas such as shoulder, upper back etc.
Well thats about it about me, not too exiting and i will get some pics up soon lol

Killian

Killian, I'm a work in progress to lil homie. If we can be of any asistance just let us know ... is that you in the avitar?

I think you're in a great spot. Most bodybuilders try and lean out and then build mass. It looks like you are naturally well under 8% bodyfat. That isn't necessarily healthy, but it's a good start. Your first year of serious lifting will yield some of the best and fastest results of your life. Being 16 you should definately start off slow. Try and post your workout and diet so we can help. You say upper body one day and lower the next. Try reading up on HST Training. I'm likely going to start that up because my joints need a break from Max-OT.

I agree with 0311! You have a good base to build on from here. And I also want to welcome you to the board. There are some smart cookies in here, so take advantage of the knowledge from the members that post here.

Well Killian, yeah I think you're lucky to have me doing this ahead of you. You can read up on my journal and see how I do. I am 22, and you're 16, but I have always found it tough to gain weight. My diet since I've been in college for 4 years has basically been pizza, fried food, and well nothing healthy and yet I don't gain weight. So I will be sure to continue to post my results and workouts as much as possible. It feels like I have learned so much from these guys already. Plus I read a LOT up on all this last summer, just never got into the working out part, but it seems I am really hooked now. Good luck

mojoclemson - Hey, i have been reading your journal, very interesting, you have very little bf too! lol

Taurus - Its going fine thanks, coming up with a new workout routine which i will post when its near finsihed, Quavers are crisps, Luccozade is a sports energy drink (high in glucose). Whats the OJ? I have some vitamin pills should i be taking them? I will try and keep my sugar down less sweets etc. My blood type is Type-O, is that important?

Thanks Everyone, Killian

Quavers - As Walkers best selling snack, Quavers is the light potato snack which has been a favourite for over 30 years.

Sorry, its amazing how different places can be in what things are called etc. Thanks for the OJ explanation i figured it out later and felt stupid lol :o

Ill take a look at what we have and what we could get when we go grocery shopping as far as fat and protien are concerned, hopefully get some more things, i eat alot of sanwiches for some reason, they usually contain things like tuna, salmon, ham, turkey, not all at the same time but with things liek cheese, cucumber, spring onions etc.

thanks for all your comments, i am really learning alot, thanks for your time and patients! :) it is appretiated.

thanks Killian
