Default Hey

Hey guys, I've been lurking for a little bit but thought it was finally time to say hi. My stats, in case anyone was wondering

Male- 19, 6'0", 181lbs, lifting for about a year.

Bench- 1x3 266lbs
Squat- 1x5 290lbs
Row- 1x3 185lbs
Dead- 1x5 285lbs

It's a pretty nice site from what I've seen so far too... hope to learn as much as possible here.
