|  hey all! hey everyone i'm kieran i'm 21 years old just joined to BB.net, just to say hello to anyone and everyone on here. abit about myself i'm not muscular far from it, i put a lot of weight on in 2012 due to not being able to train or have much money, i had an achilles tendon operation october 2011, finally recovered well nearly and looking to get back into training and starting a diet on a budget and getting back into shape. 2013 targets will be . loose weight - im just over 12 stone, target is 9stone 5 . become strong and fit . just eat and live a healthier lifestyle . enjoy training abit more and just go constantly instead of going on and off. hope you all had a good christmas and a happy new year.
