Default Hey everyone!

New here.

My name is Oleg and I'm 18 years old.
I did some lifting several months back but never had a set out routine or plan so didnt see much results.

I'm 5'11 and weigh 145

Hoping to gain a little weight and get real cut. Hopefully I'll get this done
