Default hey fellas

decided to post here since im new. been lifting for bout 2 yrs and living the bodybuilding lifestyle for bout 4 months. stats are
height:5'9 weight:196 age:14
bench:250
squat 500
deadlift:335
all are as of jan. 11th and 13th
hopin im welcome here an look forward to bein a member

Damn! 14 years old squatting 500! Especially with only 2 years lifting..Which consequently puts you lifting weights "seriously" at around 12...I think you should've signed on as superman..I don't think it's taken yet.

DAMN! Doesn't work anymore. It had a kid in the power rack "squatting" 500 lbs...The funny part was two fold:

1. He had the catch bar in line with the bottom of his chest
2. His squat was an impressive 4 inches

The funniest part was that he was bouncing it off the catch bars so the plates were starting to fall off...All the while he was screaming and afterwards he did the arm thing like he was carrying imaginary crates under his arms! What a hardass! BTW, it was so funny because he was serious!

ya i started on bfs for jr high football and did that for a lil while then in 8th grade i got serious and then got away from bfs and did my own bodybuilding program..it pisses off the football coaches but o the fuck well

His leg spacing put him fuckin near in a spread eagle :eek:
