Hey guys! I'm new here.

I'm a double major in Kinesiology and Dietetics at JMU and I've been training for a couple years now.

I'm 5'2 and 165lbs at about 10% bf at the moment.

I post on another forum, but I decided to see what was up here and if I could help over here I'd love to be a part of your community!

So that's about it, just saying hi!
