hey justed wanted to say hey

Hey everyone Im new just wanted to say hey. ran across this site I like it alot. Im currently in the Air Force just getting back into the gym. Im 5 foot 11 currently at 230. really dont know what my BF% is at probably high .I have always been thick but im trying to lose body fat and bulk up JUst thought i would introduce myself
