| Rank: New Member Experience: 3-5 Years | Hi My real name's Will. I'm 5'7" and weigh 185lbs. I'm about 14 - 16 percent bodyfat. I train with compound exercises only. I'm currently on a routine titled Total body / Power / Accessory. Which I made. My goal is to bulk to about 206lbs., then cut back down to about 180lbs. to a lean 10% bodyfat. I plan on cutting this January. Outside of bodybuilding I like to play sports, hunt, fish, ride atv's, go to water parks, hang out with my girlfriend, etc. |
