I've only been going to the gym for about 2 years now, last year I started to do some serious workouts. I'm 6'1" and 160 lbs and I'm focusing on body building right now. ps. don't let the 160lbs fool you |

Weight 168lbs (It has dropped since) BMR 1873K BF% 18.2 Neck 15" Shoulders 48.5" Chest 39" Arms 15" Waist 33" Thighs 21" Calves 16" Bench 1 Rep max 250lbs Deadlift 1 Rep max 350lbs Sqaut 1 Rep max 160lbs (Still doing rehab for knee injury) Thanks All! |
