Talking Hi everyone

hey ppl watsup? my name is Ashraf, nick: Ash. Im from lebanon and im 15 years old. i go to the gym near my house about 3 times a week and iv been bodybuilding for about 1-2 yrs. I weigh about 70 Kgs.

A friend of mine that attends the same gym i do called Maab told me about this site a few weeks ago. I recently just had time to sign up and be a member on this great forum site. I have a lot of experience in forums since i have been a member of many forums before. I also made my own and had ppl on it. anyways enough history for now.

how big would you be if ALL you did was:

Squat 400 x 20
Deadlift 500 x 5
Bench 315 x 5, or dip with 100 lbs added.
Chin with 75 lbs strapped to your waist x 5
Miltary Press 225 x 8

Pretty ****ing big is my guess. Without any "rear delt work".
