Hi Guys- i jus' loged in today for the 1st time.. Im from Bombay City INDIA- 30yr old working with Golds Gym India as Corporate Manager for Training & Develpment... I love the look of this site, its very colourful and gives a very positive feel coz of the colour RED..

I'm from Bombay too.
Not really but welcome to the board.
How long have you been working out.
I guess I have never asked but how popular is bodybuilding/weightlifting in India?
